Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

Serve as a topping over baked potatoes or as a dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed.
