Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Since turkey is lower in fat than ground beef it needs the extra punch of seasonings used in this recipe Serve on a whole grain roll with lots of lettuce tomatoes and onions Delicious

Ingredients

  • 1 pound freshly ground turkey breast
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijonstyle mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley

Directions

Preheat broiler. In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into patties and place on lightly oiled aluminum foil. Broil 6 from heat for about 46 minutes on each side. Burgers will turn whitish when cooked.
