Basil Pignoli Dressing

This dressing is wonderful served over grains or pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Pine Nuts pignoli
  • 1 large clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
