Marinated Green Beans

A great picnic side dish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed, steamed to desired tenderness
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Tamari
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion

Directions

Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl while the beans are still warm. Marinate at least 30 minutes. Serve room temperature or chilled.
