Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into appropriate number of servings
  • 1 tablespoon Tamari
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon toasted Sesame Oil

Directions

In a shallow glass baking dish, make the marinade by combining the Tamari, vinegar, honey, ginger and Sesame Oil. Roll the salmon in the marinade to coat. Let sit for 20 minutes, turning the fish after 10 minutes. Lightly oil a skillet with toasted Sesame Oil and heat over medium heat until hot. Dont let the oil smoke. Place salmon fillets in skillet and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip and cookfor another 3 minutes, adding reserved marinade halfway through. Serve immediately.
