Dried Fruit Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats, not instant
  • 1/4 cup cocoa or Carob powder

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined. The mixture should look like a lumpy paste. With slightly wet hands, roll paste into walnutsized balls. Place on wax paper on a tray or plate and freeze until firm. Store in baggies in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
