Herbed Mustard Sauce

This is a wonderful topping for potatoes or as a dip for crackers and raw vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 105 oz package silken Soft tofu
  • 1 tablespoon Dijonstyle mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh Thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until satin smooth. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Will keep up to 2 weeks.
