Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 apple, grated

Directions

Bring water to a boil. Add oatmeal, cinnamon, and salt. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until liquid is absorbed about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve hot.
