Spicy Lime Grilled Seitan Kabobs
This is a wonderful marinade for tofu or tempeh kabobs as well

Ingredients
1 16ouncejar Seitan wheatmeat
15 whole button mushrooms
1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 sweet onion, quartered, separated
2 zucchini, cut into 1/2
2 yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2 chunks
3/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons Barley Malt
34 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped Cilantro chinese parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Mix marinade and pour over seitan and vegetables. Marinade at least 2 hours, preferably longer. Skewer ingredients and broil or grill until veggies are done to your likeness.
