Directions
Trim excess fat from steak. Broil steak 4 inches from heat, 57 minutes per side for rare or until desired doneness. Slice steak across the grain into thin slices. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, honey, garlic, Curry and salt. For each serving, arrange steak on a bed of watercress and place Jicama, cucumber and red bell pepper around the edges. Drizzle the dressing over all.
