Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French, Italian or Sourdough bread, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 scallions, white and green parts

Directions

Mince garlic and scallions together until finely chopped and well mixed. Using a pastry brush, dip into oil and spread on sliced bread. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon of garlicscallion mixture onto bread and spread around with back of spoon. Broil until golden.
