Tart Tarragon Vinaigrette

A great dressing to enliven grains and beans

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijonstyle mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Tarragon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously.
