Tuna Steaks Provencal

Serve with a brown rice and asparagus pilaf and a mixed green salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped tomato
  • 3/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 6 oz tuna steaks 3/4
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon saltfree herb blend
  • cooking spray

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine tomato, parsley, lemon juice, Tarragon, salt, and garlic. Cover and chill 20 minutes.Prepare grill. Sprinkle fish with herb blend. Place fish on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until fish is almost cooked through there should be a thin strip of pink in the center. Serve with salsa.
