Directions
In a medium bowl, combine tomato, parsley, lemon juice, Tarragon, salt, and garlic. Cover and chill 20 minutes.Prepare grill. Sprinkle fish with herb blend. Place fish on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until fish is almost cooked through there should be a thin strip of pink in the center. Serve with salsa.
