Grouper and New Potatoes with Dill Sauce

Serve with steamed broccoli and a tomato-sweet onion salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Soy Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain soy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijonstyle mustard
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 pound new potatoes, halved
  • 4 4oz grouper fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, mustard, and dill stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to mellow. In a large saucepan of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, 15 minutes. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper, brush with lime juice. Broil 45 inches from heat 34 minutes on each side. Place on individual serving plates with potatoes on the side. Spoon on dill sauce and serve.
