Demeclocycline
Uses
- It is used to stop or treat bacterial infections.
- It is used to treat low sodium levels.
- Demeclocycline works to harm the bacteria and fight the infection.
- It stops the action of a hormone on the kidney that causes low sodium levels.
Dosing
How to take
- To gain the most benefit, do not miss doses.
- Use as you have been told, even if you are feeling better.
- Take on an empty stomach. Take 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.
- Take with a full glass of water.
- Do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking this drug. This stops irritation to the swallowing tube (esophagus).
