Uses

It is used to treat swelling after cataract surgery.
It is used to treat pain and sun sensitivity in patients who have had cornea surgery.
Diclofenac blocks chemicals that cause pain and swelling.

Dosing

How to take
For the eye only.
Do not wear contact lenses while using this drug.
Do not touch the container tip to the eye, lid, or other skin.
Tilt your head back and drop drug into the eye.
After use, keep your eyes closed. Put pressure on the inside corner of the eye. Do this for 1 to 2 minutes. This keeps the drug in your eye.
Space each eye drug by 5 minutes.
If you had surgery on both eyes your doctor may order 2 eye drop bottles. One for each eye. Make sure you do not mix the 2 bottles up.
