Uses
- It is used to lower the growth of unwanted facial hair in women.
- It may take more than 6 weeks to see the full effect.
- Eflornithine slows hair growth.
Dosing
How to take
- Do not take this drug by mouth. Use on your skin only. Keep out of your mouth, nose, and eyes (may burn).
- Wash your hands before and after use.
- Use 5 minutes after you get rid of hair.
- Put a thin layer on the affected skin and rub in gently.
- Do not wash affected part for at least 8 hours.
- Makeup may be used after the skin has dried.
