Uses
- It is used to lower blood sugar in patients with high blood sugar (diabetes).
- Nateglinide raises insulin levels and helps tissues respond better to the insulin.
Dosing
How to take
- This drug may be used alone or with other high blood sugar (diabetes) drugs.
- Take as you have been told, even if you are feeling better.
- Take 1 to 30 minutes before meals.
- If a meal is skipped, skip the dose. If a meal is added, add a dose for that meal.
- Follow the diet and workout plan that your doctor told you about.
