- It is used to treat migraine headaches.
- Sumatriptan lowers swelling of blood vessels in the brain that cause the migraine.
- Naproxen blocks chemicals that cause pain and swelling.
Dosing
How to take
- Take with food to stop an upset stomach.
- Swallow whole. Do not chew, break, or crush.
- If your headache comes back after the first dose, 1 more dose may be taken 2 hours after the first one.
- Keep a diary of your headaches.
