- It is used to treat low mood (depression).
- It is used to treat post-traumatic stress.

Dosing
How to take
- Take at bedtime if it causes sleepiness.
- Take with or without food. Take with food if it causes an upset stomach.
- Oral-disintegrating tablet: After opening, place on your tongue and let melt. Do not take with water. Do not crush, break, or chew.
