Uses
- It is used to treat HIV infection.
- Fosamprenavir works to harm the virus and fight the infection.
Dosing
How to take
- All products:
- Use as you have been told, even if you are feeling better.
- Tablet:
- Take with or without food. Take with food if it causes an upset stomach.
- If taking this drug with ritonavir, take with food.
- Avoid taking this drug with high-fat meals.
- Suspension:
- Take on an empty stomach. Take 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.
- Shake well before use.
- If you throw up within 30 minutes of taking this drug, take 1 more dose.
