Uses
- It is used to stop or treat yeast infections.
- Ciclopirox works to harm the yeast and fight the infection.
Dosing
How to take
- All products:
- Use as you have been told, even if you are feeling better.
- Wash your hands before and after use.
- Skin:
- Do not take this drug by mouth. Use on your skin only. Keep out of your mouth, nose, and eyes (may burn).
- Shake suspension well before use.
- Clean affected part before use. Make sure to dry well.
- Put a thin layer on the affected skin and rub in gently.
- Nail solution:
- Use 8 hours before bathing.
- Use on nails and nail beds every day.
- Take off once weekly with rubbing alcohol.
- Skin, shampoo:
- Put on enough shampoo to make a lather.
- Lather well and leave on for 3 minutes.
- Shampoo 2 times a week with 3 days between shampoos.
